A few examples from the hot and cold buffets this year are fresh salads, Tom-Yum Mayo Prawn Tempura, Tartlets, traditional Roast Turkey, Maple Glazed Gammon and leg of lamb.
For our pièce de résistance, dessert, you can look forward to Spiced Croissant ‘Bread & Butter Pudding, Hot Christmas Pudding with cognac Anglaise, Amarula Creme Caramel, and a fresh fruit & Ice Cream Sundae Station for a delicious DIY dish.

Night of Lights Street Festival in White River 07 December
The 5th annual Night of Lights Street Festival returns to White River 07 December 2019. Chief Mgiyeni Khumalo Drive will be lit up in lights in a night of carnival-type festivities with music, street performers and good food.
